مَرَنَ It was, or became smooth, (Ṣ, M, Ḳ,) with a degree of hardness. (M, Ḳ.) Said of a camel's foot: see أَسْحَقَ.

مَرَّنَهُ He made it soft, or smooth, لَيِّن. (Mṣb.)


مَارِنٌ

مَارِنٌ The [soft, or cartilagenous] part of the nose, beneath, or exclusive of, the bone. (Zj, in his “Khalk el-Insán:” and the like is said in the Ṣ and Mṣb, and partially in the Ḳ.)
